PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

· The payment for the BeautiPin service is a reservation deposit to prevent no-shows.

· On the day of your visit, the remaining balance, excluding the deposit, must be paid at the store.

· If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

· Reservation cancellations and refunds are only available up to 3 days prior to the reservation date. For refund requests, please contact us via the BeautiPin Instagram account (@beautipin_official).

· A predetermined deposit for the service is paid in advance through BeautiPin.

· Once the deposit is paid, your service reservation is confirmed.

· After payment, your appointment time and final confirmation will be reviewed, and an [Appointment Card] will be sent to the email you provided during payment. (Processing takes 1–2 business days.))

· On the appointment date, arrive at the store and present your [Appointment Card] to receive the service.

· After the service is completed, pay the remaining balance by deducting the deposit from the total service amount.

· Additional charges may apply if extra services are requested.

· Please make sure to bring your [Appointment Card] when visiting.
