PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

·The payment made via BeautiPin is a reservation deposit to prevent no-shows.

·On the day of your visit, the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) must be paid directly at the salon.

·If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled, and the deposit is non-refundable.

·Cancellations and refunds are allowed up to 3 days before the appointment date. For refunds, please contact us via BeautiPin Instagram. (@beautipin_official)

·For optimal results, avoid alcohol and smoking for one week after treatment.

·Swelling, bruising, and redness may occur post-treatment but will subside shortly.

·If you require a consultation before the procedure, feel free to contact us on Instagram. (@beautipin_official)

·Treatments are designed to address multiple skin concerns simultaneously, ensuring comprehensive care. Exact costs will be discussed during your in-person consultation.

·A maximum of three people can receive treatment together in one session.

·A fixed deposit must be paid in advance through BeautiPin.

·Once the deposit is paid, your reservation is confirmed.

·After payment is completed, we will send you an [Appointment Card] via email (1–2 business days required).

·On the appointment day, present your [Appointment Card] at the salon and receive your treatment.

·After the treatment, pay the remaining balance (excluding the deposit).

·Please make sure to bring your [Appointment Card] with you to the appointment.
