PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

·The payment for the BeautiPin service is a reservation deposit to prevent no-shows.

·On the day of your visit, the remaining balance, excluding the deposit, must be paid at the store.

·If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

·Reservation cancellations and refunds are only available up to 3 days prior to the reservation date. For refund requests, please contact us via the BeautiPin Instagram account (@beautipin_official).

·A predetermined deposit for the service is paid in advance through BeautiPin.

·Once the deposit is paid, your service reservation is confirmed.

·After payment, your appointment time and final confirmation will be reviewed, and an [Appointment Card] will be sent to the email you provided during payment. (Processing takes 1–2 business days.))

·On the appointment date, arrive at the store and present your [Appointment Card] to receive the service.

·After the service is completed, pay the remaining balance by deducting the deposit from the total service amount.

·Additional charges may apply if extra services are requested.

·Please make sure to bring your [Appointment Card] when visiting.
